Infinity Diagnostic Labs is a full service clinical laboratory located at 370 North Street in Teterboro NJ. We service Physicians in the entire NJ area. Although just recently opened, the ownership of Infinity Labs has over 40 years of laboratory experience. Infinity Labs was created with the vision that we could provide to the client exactly what they need based on our own true life experience working with different laboratories throughout the country over the years. We are a privately owned and operated laboratory which enables us to give that more personalized service to our clients.

Infinity Diagnostic Labs is fully licensed and accredited in New Jersey and Pennsylvania including CLIA, and Medicare/Medicaid. We maintain a 100% proficiency rating. We perform a wide array of diagnostic testing in house and partner with several reference laboratories for any special/exclusive tests. We use only state-of-the-art instrumentation and technology throughout the entire testing process. We offer multiple options to receive reports including EMR, IDL website and bi-lateral interface. Most reports are delivered within 24 hours and every client has 24/7 access to their patient reports through our secure network.

Infinity Diagnostic Labs knows firsthand that most laboratories overlook the key ingredient to a successful lab/client relationship, customer service. Customer Service is first and foremost at Infinity Labs. We realize the client has many laboratories to choose from and we appreciate the fact that they chose our lab over any other. We continuously strive to ensure that our clientele are completely satisfied with our service. We do this through excellent customer service and exceptional patient care. Infinity Labs employs only the most highly qualified personnel from our Phlebotomist’s through our Medical Director. Every employee is selectively chosen based on their extensive experience and laboratory background.

Infinity Diagnostic Labs may be a smaller independent laboratory, but we offer the same array of services as any of the larger labs only with a personalized approach. We care about the client, not how many samples they send us. We treat all of our clients with the same level of respect which is not dictated by how busy their practice is. 1 sample per day or 100 samples per day, we ensure all of our clients receive the best possible service we can offer.

Infinity Diagnostic Labs will provide your practice with all of the essentials needed to streamline your current laboratory protocol. We will provide a professional, experienced phlebotomist where applicable by law. We will provide the necessary supplies needed for obtaining samples. We will supply a pc/laptop for laboratory use if needed to access results and enter orders. A courier will come to your office daily to pick up specimens, no call is needed. Your reports will be delivered through the method of your choice. We offer practice specific customized requisitions and customized panels and profiles. We participate with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance companies and have a discounted fee schedule for patients without health insurance.
